Dear [Client's Name],

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], between [Your Name/Your Freelance Business Name] ("Designer") and [Client's Name] ("Client").
  1. Scope of Work:
  2. Designer agrees to provide UX/UI design services for [description of project]. The project will commence upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $350 from the Client.

  4. The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $350 to initiate the project. This deposit will be deducted from the total project fee.
  5. Payment Terms:
